How long does it take for my membership to be activated?
Your account will be activated within 24-48 hours of placing your order, assuming there are no problems with your order (e.g. bad email address).  If you do not get an email from us after you have placed your order, there may be a problem with your order or email address.  Please email us with a valid email address so we can clear up any problems.

I don't have a credit card. Can I use a check?
If you already have a Paypal account, you can use your checking account to fund your purchase. Otherwise, there is no way to pay by check right now.

It's possible that your credit card cannot be accepted by the Paypal service.  If you are having problems, please email us and we'll see if we can help.

How do I order more than one membership?
To order more than one membership, simply fill in the "Quantity" space in the order form.  Next, enter the names of the other individuals in the "Notes" section.  Since you made the order, you will be the primary member.  The other members will be considered your guests.  However, please keep in mind that as the primary member, you are responsible for the actions of your guests.  If there are any rule violations made by your guests, their membership as well as your primary membership may be terminated.

If I order more than one membership, do the others get the same privileges?
Your membership will be considered the primary account. The other additional memberships will be considered your guests. For the Z-INFO services, there are no differences.

I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
Sorry, no. Like software, once you purchase the membership, there is no way of us to know where you visited, what you did or what privileges you have already used. And before you ask, no we cannot pro-rate the remaining portion of your membership because that would be an easy way for people to get a shorter period of membership. This would not be fair to the other members.

Do you now have a copy of my credit card information?
No. You made your purchase through a secure payment service which keeps all the credit card information only on their secure server. Zbone.info does not have access to any of this information. All we have is your email address and your mailing address.

Are you going to send me junk mail?
No. We will use your address only to send you your membership card and nothing else.  We will not sell your address to any other business or entity for any reason at any time.  If there is a problem with your order, and we cannot reach you by the email that you have provided, then we may send you a letter to your address.

I didn't get a confirmation email from you.  What's going on?
You should have gotten a confirmation email within 48 hours of your order. If you have not gotten this email, it's likely that something is wrong. Either your email service is blocking our attempts to email you with a spam blocker, or the email that you provided with your order is wrong or has a typo. In some cases, the email that you have provided cannot receive email for one reason or another. Please first check to make sure you can receive email, then check your spam blocker setting, then email us so that we can get in communication with you.
